Carong may request a national ID or other valid documentation at any time for age verification purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.
When registering with Carong, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing inaccurate information may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawal delays.
Account security is entirely the member's own responsibility. Never share your password with anyone. Carong will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If the odds shift while a bet is being confirmed, Carong will accept the bet at the new odds and prompt the member to confirm. The member may then accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
Carong offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be followed.
Carong runs additional promotions during special events such as the World Cup, IPL, and BPL. The terms for these promotions are announced separately. Bonus balance and real balance are displayed independently.
If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, your bonus balance will be forfeited. Only your real balance is eligible for withdrawal.
